The space
This property is accessed by stairs going up to the second floor. After that, everything is on one level unless you want to access the loft/playroom. This is up a second flight of stairs.
This unit has it's own climate control however, in the winter we supplement with heaters when temperatures become very cold. A house manual will be provided upon booking which will give you the details you require.
There is another unit below this which is also a short term rental so you may hear occasion sound transfer.
The unit is carpet free with only throw rugs.
Guest access
The entire space is yours to use except the front porch may also be accessed by our staff for purposes such as winter shovel/salt storage etc.
Other things to note
Parking: We have a parking spot just 2 doors down at 148 Weber St. E (#9). This house is 2 units which are leased separately.
Sound: This is a duplex so there may be sound transfer between units- please note this.
Driveway: The driveway is reserved for main floor guests, but feel free to stop to unload your vehicle if needed.
This unit does not have access to the back yard (reserved for the lower unit) however, there is plenty of public outdoor space to enjoy nearby!
