This waterfront cottage on Lac des Iles, one of the most beautiful lakes in the Laurentians, offers a rustic yet modern retreat, a peaceful and relaxing haven. Surrounded by mature trees, enjoy nature in complete comfort. Located near St-Sauveur, St-Adèle, and Tremblant, it's just minutes from a grocery store and essential amenities. Enjoy snowmobiling, walking, snowshoeing, and ski touring trails, as well as hiking and water sports. The cottage is fully furnished and equipped with all the essentials, featuring a charming fireplace, deck, and gazebo. Accessible by 4x4 in winter, with parking available for non-4x4 vehicles in front of the private driveway. Please note that NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the cottage.
