With almost 2,100 square feet, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and features a bright, open layout designed for gathering together while still offering plenty of space to unwind.

The main living area brings together the living room, dining area, and kitchen in one inviting space. Comfortable seating surrounds a large Smart TV with streaming channels (guests may log in to personal apps like Netflix or Prime). Natural light fills the room and sliding glass doors lead out toward the pool, hot tub, and canal views beyond. The dining table seats eight and is perfect for everything from family dinners to friendly game nights.



Chef-Inspired Kitchen -

The showpiece kitchen is a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking while on vacation. Beautifully updated and fully equipped, it features quartz countertops, custom cabinetry with soft-close drawers, and high-end stainless appliances. A wine refrigerator adds an extra touch for entertaining, while the large kitchen island offers seating for six—perfect for morning coffee, casual meals, snacks, or evening conversation. Whether you’re starting the day with coffee in the warm morning sun or ending it under colorful Florida sunsets skies, the outdoor space quickly becomes a favorite gathering spot.



The outdoor space is fenced on three sides, and the open waterfront along a Gulf access canal has a dock where you may tie-up an 18-22' boat, should you choose to rent one during your stay. The pictured boat lift is restricted to owner's use.

There is a Ring doorbell; security cameras are located at the front of the home and on the lanai for insurance purposes



Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime/night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed



The tides change and neither the management company nor the owner of the home have any control over the water levels in the canals and are unable to guarantee specific water conditions and accessibility



The firepit and/or BBQ grill are self service to include the purchase of propane for either if needed is the responsibility of the rental guest



No pets allowed



Minimum rental age is 25; government-issued photo ID may be required within 24 hours of check-in



City of Cape Coral noise ordinance is strictly enforced; quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM
