Pros: Easy access to the beach and pool was great. Have a washer and dryer. 4 chairs, umbrella, & fishing pole, right next to the elevator.Cons: Some visually dirty spots, the 2nd bedroom is not very big, right next to the elevator (could hear it from the 2nd bedroom), people smoking in the pool area.

Four beach towels provided and four chairs you can easily carry were provided. We did have to rent an umbrella for 20. Umbrella was 20, clam shells were 40. So go early to reserve for the day. Pools were great. Coffee machine is old so we did pour over.Kitchen is like a hotel with bare essentials so if driving go ahead and pack all staples. 15 minute walk across bridge to John’s Pass. If you drive park in main area or parking deck. Do not park in private lots as they are 3x price! I would book here again.

Accurate description. Clean. But the chairs for the beach are less than desirable. We ended up buying our own and an umbrella and donating them to the box by the pool. There was no umbrella at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandcastle at Sunset Vistas! The condo was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The location was perfect, and overall, everything exceeded our expectations.The only area that could use some improvement was communication. I sent a few messages before our trip with questions, and it sometimes took weeks to receive a response. On a couple of occasions, I had to send another message before hearing back. Once we arrived, everything was great, but more timely communication leading up to the trip would have made the experience even better.Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this property!
