Nestled in a tranquil, leafy setting, Treehaven House is a warm and inviting Queenslander designed for relaxed hinterland living. From the moment you arrive, the home’s charm is evident in its light-filled interiors, timber floors, and thoughtfully styled spaces that feel both comfortable and elevated. The heart of the home is the open living area, where a cosy fireplace creates the perfect atmosphere for cooler evenings, while ducted air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort. Soft natural light pours through large windows, framing peaceful garden views and enhancing the calm, welcoming feel throughout. The kitchen is fresh, functional, and beautifully presented, featuring crisp white cabinetry, timber bench tops, with a fridge/freezer, electric stovetop, oven, microwave and coffee machine. The space includes a washing machine and dryer tucked away to the side, plus a dining table for six, it’s an ideal space for slow breakfasts, shared meals, or a glass of wine at the end of the day.

The home comfortably accommodates 6 guests across three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (Master): A serene retreat featuring a king bed, ducted air-conditioning, wardrobe cupboard, beautiful natural light, and a dedicated desk space nestled underneath a stained glass bay window, perfect for those needing to work or enjoy a quiet moment.
Bedroom 2: A calm and inviting room with a comfortable queen bed, ducted air-conditioning and wardrobe cupboard.
Bedroom 3: A flexible space with a queen bed, sofa and air-conditioning unit, ideal for additional guests or families, complete with books, games, and toys for a relaxed stay.
Bathroom: The bathroom includes a shower and vanity, with a separate toilet for added convenience.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, leafy surrounds and gardens. The property includes a spacious 3-car carport, with additional space available on the driveway if needed.

Treehaven House is set in a quiet residential pocket of Maleny with no public transport nearby, so having a car is highly recommended. This allows you to easily explore the hinterland, coastal beaches, and surrounding attractions at your own pace. The closest bus stop is located at Maple Street at Cooke Park, Maleny, approximately 2.1km from the property (around a 30–35 minute walk). Bus services from this stop run in multiple directions, connecting you to nearby coastal hubs.

*We do not accept schoolies bookings.
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently. Young adults are welcome when part of a family booking.
*This home is located in a peaceful residential area. We ask guests to respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9pm.
*Please note that to stay with us, you will be required to complete a check-in form prior to arrival. Access details will only be provided once this is completed.
*Electric vehicle charging is not available at this property. We recommend using nearby public charging stations if required.
