CLEANING - the apartment should be clean and free of all rubbish, left over food and personal belongings. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if guest don’t follow house rules.
KEYS - a key replacement fee of $150 will be charged when keys are lost or not returned at the end of their stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Max. 2 guests at a time can access the onsite gym and pool facilities.
Residents of the building must adhere to quiet hours between 10pm - 6am
