The basement apartment is a new addition to a 2 story family home, and has it's own private side entrance. The entrance has a keypad lock that allows for self check-in. -The compact kitchen, with a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. -2 coffee makers (Nespresso, and brewed) with starter coffee provided. -The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, dishes, and basic cooking needs such as spices, oil, vinegar, etc. -Modern spacious bathroom fully stocked with toiletry, towels, hair dryer -Stacked style washer & dryer, iron/ironing board with starter laundry detergent provided by host -There is a T.V in living room hat has a variety of streaming services such as Netflix, Crave and Prime Video, which can be enjoyed from the comfort of the couch or from the kitchen while eating dinner.
*PLEASE NOTE* this is a basement unit with hosts living above. There is sound insulation, but our home is carpet free and sounds still travel, mostly footsteps. We do our best to keep quiet, but if you are sound sensitive and require absolute silence, this would not be a great fit for you.
Guest access The 1 bedroom basement apartment is self contained, with a side private entrance, behind gated fence. The stairwell to the unit is accessible to host, and can be used to access hosts storage/furnace room, but is outside of the actual unit, and is accessed minimally.
1 parking spot on the right side of driveway is provided. Additional parking may be possible if needed.-asks us ahead if large vehicle/additional parking needed
Locked furnace room/storage area across from the unit and under stairs closet, only accessible to host.
