This 1-bedroom Kiawah Island vacation rental is in a beachfront building and will have you waking up just steps from the beach every morning.
Walk into this well appointed villa and be greeted by natural light and the sound of ocean waves. The comfortable living area highlights a sofa and two accent chairs for relaxing. A covered oceanfront deck is located just off the living area, and features an inviting sitting area where you can enjoy the ocean breeze in the shade. The fully equipped modern kitchen boasts sleek gray cabinetry, timeless white tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a quick and easy breakfast at the bar seating, or a sit-down dinner at the beautiful dining table.
The bedroom is a true coastal retreat, complete with a king size bed, beach-inspired details, and luxurious ensuite bathroom. An uncovered oceanfront deck is located off the bedroom, and offers 2 chairs and a small table, perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. This deck also offers direct boardwalk access that leads straight to the beach! You’ll be sitting on the sand and listening to the ocean waves crash on the shoreline in under a minute.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
