Spaceous home, only a SHORT WALK through majestic oak trees to the waterfront of our acreage property to enjoy fishing, kayaking. Watch rocket launches, sunrises, sunsets, dolphins, manatees, stingrays, varieties of birds,and bioluminescence at summer. Short driving distance to stores, restaurants, access to Hwy 95. Only 38 min East of Orlando Int'l Airport. Drive 1 hour to the theme parks, 50 min to Daytona Beach, 9 m to NASA, 20 m to Cape Canaveral Cruise Port, Cocoa Village, 25 m Cocoa Beach.
This Mid-Century block house is sparkling clean, cozy and takes you back in time. The area around the house is surrounded in greenery.
The guesthouse (located in oak woods on the back of the property 800 ft from the waterfront), car port, back and front yard, waterfront, dock, and 9 beautiful wooded acres to roam on.
The hosts live in a separate house down on the waterfront, on the opposite corner of the property.

We loved our visit. Ben and Jeanie were awesome. We were able to comfortably watch a night launch! (just use insect repellant) Super well equipped kitchen if you like to cook.

Perfect location

We came to Titusville for our Granddaughters softball tournament. Our hostess was most gracious and helpful, if it weren’t for her we would have missed a launch at Cape Canaveral that was amazing! The house is very clean and comfortable. Hope to be back.

In town for Celebration of Live

House clean. Older home. Grass needed to be cut. Landscaping of property could make place look much better. In master bedroom (blue room) lots of ants in bathroom. Frequently reminded to keep clean by signs, even included cleaning fee. I am a clean person. I swept kitchen floor and entry floor every day. That's me. It served our purpose. The dock is beautiful. Saw a launch, spectacular. Overall nice.

The groundskeeper had got COVID a week before your arrival the reason the landscape of my 9 acres property was not beautiful. Regarding to the ants I wish you had told me in the same day as I could have gone to the house and resolved the issue. Wishing you well. I

NASA Launch Bucket List Trip

This is a hidden gem, with an amazing unobstructed view from the dock of the launchpads at the Kennedy Space Center. The guest house is comfortable and well-kept and makes a great base of operations for visits to the Space Coast. The hosts could not have been more hospitable and accommodating.

Labor Day Getaway

This property did not disappoint. Plenty of room for 6 adults with a short walk to the water. It was close to the beach and we enjoyed a rocket launch from the dock. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. We would definitely think about scheduling again.

Didn't get to see the launch but we got to see bioluminesce in the river at night which was amazing. If inclined pintos was a fun evening as well. If I come to space coast again and have to stay in a hotel I will be sad because it means this place was booked already
