Top suite located in the lovely Welcome Woods area of Halfmoon Bay. Step out to the sun drenched patio with private hot tub on just shy of a half acre treed property. Large lawn with covered and uncovered areas with firepit and wood burning stoves to be enjoyed in the cooler months. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a large spacious open concept kitchen, dining and living area to re-connect with family and friends. A fully equipped kitchen awaits. Sechelt is just 10 mins away by car and access to the nearby Sargent Bay beach can be walked to or a quick trip in the car. Relax and unwind in our little oasis.
