This spacious 1,600+ sq ft single-story home features an inviting open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, bringing together the living room, dining space, and kitchen for easy entertaining and quality time together. Relax in the comfortable living room featuring a smart TV with cable, a cozy gas fireplace, and a dining table for shared meals after a day of Big Bear adventures.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including:

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.
