The property has been partially renovated. With a little more work it could be quite a nice apartment.The place was generally quite clean but there were places (behind the bathroom door for example) where something had been splashed on the door and wall and not cleaned well.The kitchen had some dish soap but no dish towels, and there was a dishwasher but no detergent for the dishwasher so plan accordingly. Perhaps the host will fix this issue for future guests. The property listing says each bedroom has 1 queen and 1 single futon. Maybe it can be configured that way but we had 1 queen in one room and 2 singles in the other. The listing also indicates there is parking for 10 Euro per day. We weren't aware of this but were able to find street parking in front of the building each day. Perhaps contact the host to request parking information.There are several good restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance.The area seems quiet and safe with many families and children out walking to/from school.Overall, if you are looking for a quaint German property, this isn't the place for you. It is a big apartment complex area. However, if you are looking for a place that is quite large and close enough to Salzburg to easily visit that city then this place will serve you well.
