Booking Policies

Minimum Stay:

A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations with no exceptions. Maximum occupancy is set by the city and includes adults, children, and infants.

Cancellation Policy:

We maintain a 60-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $150 cancellation fee.
