Master bedroom features a King bed, first guest bedroom features a Queen bed, and the second guest bedroom features two twin beds. Enjoy the private backyard that offers a large covered patio with outdoor seating, TV, and outdoor shower and cabana bath. There is 60 feet of deep dockage with 110, 30 amp, and 50 amp service. The dock offers a fish cleaning table. There is a bait freezer in the garage as well as an ice maker that makes 500 pounds of ice per day. WIFI and Comcast cable throughout. Annual Marathon Trip

This is our favorite home to stay at when it"s just our family of 4. The layout is perfect and everyone has their own bathroom! Between the huge kitchen island and the dining table you can seat 14 people comfortably. Plenty of room for having friends over for a fish fry! It's also very clean. We love this property & plan on returning often.

Our family had a wonderful Christmas away from home staying in this beautiful house! Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out. The house was spotless, the pool was amazing, the kitchen had everything we needed for a few home cooked meals and we got a few bike rides in! Thank you so much for making everything so easy!

The house looked wonderful when we saw the listing, but we were slightly nervous because there were not any recent reviews. The concerns were washed away the second we walked inside! The house is immaculate, newly decorated, and perfect for a relaxing week in Key Colony Beach. We rented a 26’ boat, and the dock was more than adequate. If you do bring / rent a boat, you have to approach at a slightly steeper angle due to mangroves extending past the dock near the dock end (on the vacant lot next to the property). Just be careful if you have outriggers, etc. The commercial ice machine was great! It filled quickly and kept ice for days. The convenience is a game changer when trying to get offshore by sunrise. The pool and back area were great for relaxing. We enjoyed the cornhole set between jumps into the pool.The master suite is large and has a huge walk-in shower and tub. The second bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. The third has two twin beds - perfect for children. The kitchen island was huge! All new appliances throughout. Overall, I would highly recommend the property and would stay there again.

Absolutely one of the best properties we have stayed at on Key Colony. The location, home and pool were wonderful. Hooked a huge tarpon right off the dock, caught several mangrove snapper and enjoyed daily visits from the cuties manatee. Will definitely be back!! Thank you for opening your home to my family!

this was one of the nicest VRBOs I have stayed in. The kitchen was very nice, and well stocked with pans and utensils, except the knives need sharpening. The pool was wonderful and the location of the house allowed us to sit outside in the shade most of the day. It was wonderful, and I highly recommend it.

Awesome vacation rental! House was better than advertised, very well-appointed, and perfect for anyone looking for easy access to open waters. We came by boat and the dock situation was perfect. Once onshore, things only got better! Jessica is a wonderful property manager... very easy to work with and very accommodating. Wish I was still there and can’t wait to return!

Wow! Beautiful new home with a stunning kitchen and everything supplied you could possibly need. My family especially enjoyed the peaceful and private outdoor space including the heated pool and backyard games. The home is located in a very nice section of Key Colony Beach, which is family friendly and great for bike rides or walks up to Sunset Park. Kudos to the cleaning team - the home was SPOTLESS when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the Keys.

This is a beautiful, new home, and it is clear that the owners have spared no expense in designing it. Everything about it is pristine, and it is in a lovely neighborhood. It was just my husband and I, so we really appreciated the quiet and privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with virtually everything you might need (except for seafood crackers to enjoy the local stone crab, but we bought some and left them there for future guests). Jessica was a pleasure to work with. Wish we were still there!
