The property was in an excellent location. Close to the harbor for fishing. Quiet neighborhood with walking trails close by. The beds were a little uncomfortable but other than that it was a great place to stay. Clean and new. Thanks Maria.

11 out of 10 …. Spotless accommodations and wonderfully convenient… for me being so close to sea parc is amazing… full recreational centre with everything and a daily rate to enter… pool gym sauna hot tub!!! . Loved waking up & looking across the water to the USA …. Look forward to our next visit to Sooke to see the grandchildren and my daughter and son-in-law with a great place close by to stay now !!!

Okay, so this is a suite within a newly built home and was clean, basic and it's way cheaper than other places in Sooke. However, the advertisement was deceiving- there was really no oceanview - ie standing on a cement pad across the street to see a sliver of water in the distance doesn't cut it. Everything seemed very old and mismatched-not what you would expect in a new suite at all! The mattress and pillows were terrible, the linens pilled and the bathmat certainly looked ready for the bin. It served it's purpose but in no way was it charming or memorable.

This VRBO accommodation is in a lovely neighborhood, and the suite is clean and cozy, no issues at all. I would absolutely book this again.
