Perfect Family retreat! mins to Canaan and Timberline ski resorts. This Charming Mountain Tree house with 5BR ( 1 room is a loft) sleeps up to 12 people. The loft ( 4th level) has all glass windows with a nice view , can be use as another bedroom or a lounge. Open Living and kitchen area w/ floor to ceiling stone fireplace (lots of natural lights) and large deck with a hot tub and dining table, all in gorgeous setting. 3 BR on the first floor door open to the deck, very private.
This cozy home will take your family to some wonderful adventures : skiing (Timberline and Canaan Valley), WiFi, fire pit, hey google, swimming at the waterfalls/ Rivers, amazing hike to some breathtaking overlook, mountain bike, horseback riding, dolly sods wilderness, fishing, explore the beautiful town of Davis and Thomas, Zip line and Rock climbing, kayaking, water tubing, white water rafting, and it’s a 4 season destination to WV wild and wonderful! This is the perfect family destination!

The host was very considerate and prompt in answering all our questions before and during our stay. We were well informed on what items were included and the layout of the bedrooms. The weekend was a little bit of a challenge with the snow, high winds and extreme cold temps but the view from the great room/dining area was stunning and it was cozy and warm with the fire going . Great place to have a family vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the tree house! Grace was super helpful and communicated with a quick response for anything we needed, places to go, etc. Location was central to all the good spots to visit in WV. The house its self felt very private even though there were houses all around, your covered by trees and wild plants. House was very clean and decorated tastefully. We had 8 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We will definitely be visiting again.

Loved staying at this property - perfect for our two families with 4 adults, 6 kids and our dog. Nice patio to relax on in the evening, cozy living room space, we cooked in several meals. Close to a cute little town with good food/live music/ice cream and then all the hiking you could want. And the host was incredibly responsive.

Gorgeous house and location

Location and hot tub were our priorities. Access to trails up the road, can walk out the door to the trail! Hot tub was lovely. Good description of rooms and property including difficult road and driveway in winter and bedroom situation. The windows and views, obviously, are lovely. We had a great time!!

My group of friends and I stayed here for a combined bachelor and bachelorette trip. Overall, the cabin was great and have great access to the surrounding areas. The cabin was clean and the hot tub was a highlight. The only concern for perspective visitors is the driveway during the winter season..

Awesome Spot

This is an awesome cabin that feels tucked up in the backwoods of West Virginia, but is close to just about everything you would need. It was a great home base for our adventures in and around Davis.

A great secluded getaway!

House was great to host two sets of parents and 4 kids :) lots of space to spread out and sleep. Kitchen handled all of our cooking needs, and nice deck to gather on and relax.
