Accommodating the entire top level is a sumptuous, airconditioned master retreat complete with a king size bed, en-suite, dressing room/nursery and balcony with exhilarating views.

The middle level is for living, this is your entry-level and it opens up to a stylish fully equipped kitchen with 10 seater dining table and an expansive living area.
North facing the home receives an abundance of natural light on to high ceilings and ceiling fans for your comfort. Seamlessly sprawling from indoor to outdoor, the alfresco living area has a sizeable deck overlooking the lap pool. This level is also home to one twin bedroom.
Head downstairs to the lower level and you are presented with a myriad of light and a contemporary use of modern glass on the northern side. Walking through to the
southern side, this area is a purposefully designed sleeping zone with two bedrooms along with a kids’ retreat. You will find a twin bedroom and another king size bedroom with a shared
bathroom. Spacious decking on this level gains you access to the 12m heated lap pool and aesthetically pleasing private lawn area.
This divine holiday hideaway has lovely gardens, a BBQ, ceiling fans, Air-conditioning on all levels, a double garage and a secure private gate entry. With its superb fashionable Noosa hill position and close to the famous Hastings Street and youthful Noosa Junction, this

The Neighborhood:
Ideal location within walking distance to Noosa National Park, Main Beach and Hastings Street as well as to Noosa Junction.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules.
A gardener and pool keeper will be accessing the property regularly, usually weekly on Fridays. As there is no side access it is a condition of booking to allow access so we can upkeep these areas.
Please note the driveway is steep. Alternatively street parking is freely available.
The pool is not heated during the summer months.
