Casa Belo Horizonte | 2 BR Vacation Cabin on the ocean
Casa Belo Horizonte (Beautiful Horizon), our luxurious 2-bed, 2-bath cabin on the bluffs, lives up to its name: it offers the perfect vantage point to watch the sky burst into a sea of colors as the sun sets below the horizon. Situated on just under an acre of land with ocean ocean views, this vacation home is only steps away from the paved trail at Pomo Park, which wraps around the headlands and offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and is close to the entrance to the historic Noyo harbor. Casa Belo Horizonte is ideal for couples, families, friends, and ocean-lovers looking for a romantic vacation home with views for days and memories to last a lifetime.
Upstairs, two outdoor seating areas boast a variety of comfy deck chairs for enjoying the fresh air and captivating scenery. Inside, a skylight in the kitchen and an octagonal window in the open floor-plan living room/dining room provide lots of natural light. The living room features plush couches for lounging and watching the ocean (or the big-screen TV).
The fully-equipped kitchen has a 4-top electric stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, and dishwasher, along with Brazilian quartzite counters and a large kitchen island. The property owners hand-selected the quartzite slabs that adorn the kitchen, making for a quality and truly one-of-a-kind kitchen design. A table by the window seats four and allows you to watch the waves while sharing memorable meals with your companions.
Both bedrooms have queen beds and the north bedroom has ocean views. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with stone countertops, tilework, and a large jetted tub – complete with its own ocean view! The other bathroom has a shower and bathtub.
Deer come to graze in nearby fields, and if you walk along the trail to Todd’s Point, you’re sure to see a variety of seabirds and ships passing by. During whale season, you’ll have a great viewing spot for spouts and flukes.
It feels like it’s a haven at the edge of the world, but luckily, Casa Belo Horizonte is just minutes away from shops, restaurants, art galleries, hiking, and attractions. If you decide to venture out, a short drive or a long walk takes you to two grocery stores, a variety of restaurants, and the Coastal Trail.
