The property was great! Located near a grocery store made it super handy to grab and go. The elevators are nice, you need a key to go to any floor. This made it feel good and secure.

Hello Ruth I would say you might be the only guest who was not able to follow check-in and check-out instructions that we have provided. We always aim to provide guest with more detailed check-in and check-out instructions to ensure a smooth check-in. With that said, we provided the parking information prior to your arrival and even had the instructions provided at our unit. Clearly, you decided to not read the instructions and parked at a undesignated spot. The concierge at our building also stated you were extremely rude to them throughout the stay and used abusive language towards them after finding out that your car was towed. I understand that you were frustrated but you need to take responsibility for not reading the instructions properly and having your car towed. The cleaner also mentioned that you left the place extremely messy and it was the first time my cleaner has brought that to my attention.

Amazing location and apartment. You have everything in the apartment you could need and there's a small balcony as well! Communication with the host was amazing; super fast. Everything in downtown and gastown is reachable by foot from here but there's a metro station and many bus stops closeby as well. And the included parking spot was super convenient as well.

The amenities and location was amazing, the condo was pretty basic but had everything we needed. The bed isn’t super comfy but it’s not the worst bed I’ve slept on. The apartment had a really weird, overwhelming smell.. possibly from water damage? The check in instructions could have been shortened and straight to the point. It was nice to have a parking spot and conveniently close to the sky train and lime scooters. Overall would stay again ! Host was really responsive.

Had a great stay here! The location was perfect for us to explore the city - very central to many activities in Vancouver and easy to get around using the city’s bikes which can be picked up from the hub right outside! Just a short 10-20 min bike away from Stanley park, Granville island, and countless amazing restaurants. Check-in was easy. The place has an awesome kitchen and balcony as well as an in-unit washer/dryer which were awesome perks. The building’s outdoor courtyard and indoor pool looked nice as well. Only downside is it is located right off the highway so too loud to have the windows open and we had to balance temperature comfort with the loudness of the AC unit - though this is likely a seasonal problem.

The perfect downtown location for anyone looking to explore the city for a weekend. The apartment was clean the facilities were nice and it was just enough space for 2 over the weekend.The best part was the location, around the corner is the train that is one stop from Granville St. As well as conveniently located near a grocery store and a really good cafe with the best egg tarts (Casa De Nata)The host and instructions about the property were also very clear
