The property was very suitable for a large family. Comfortable beds and very spacious bedrooms.It would have been nice to have the water filter faucet working in the kitchen.

Tons of space, but very dirty, floors were sticky and dirty, we kept our shoes on the whole time. Pretty sure no cleaning was done before we arrived, cheesy chips were left on the floor in the living room, shot glasses, what seems like some type of jelly on the side of the couch and on the coffee table. Air vents were VERY dirty, bathroom/shower carpets had hair all over them. Funky smell in the house too. Kitchen taps about to fall off sink. Glass dinning room table top not secured properly to base, kept slidding off. No stove, just a cooktop and oven toaster. Messaged the host about how dirty it was, he never responded.

Great and friendly host and very quick to reply with our needs. Very good spot for big families looking for adventure in Toronto. Only 40-50 minutes away from city and good little drive to Markham. We only stayed one night and we enjoyed it. The only negative is some aesthetics and cleanliness wasn’t the best and overall it was a 4/5 stay.

Excellent location. Quiet community. Accommodating Host. Plenty of space for a large group/family. Well stocked with basic essentials. Just a few little suggest improvements that could make the experience even better. The bathrooms need some hooks or storage bins to put your towel/clothes when showering. The bathroom by the laundry room loses all water pressure when someone is showering in the other bathroom. More sitting chairs. Huge gaps on the bottom of garage door so little critters were camping out in the garage. Other than that, I will definitely stay here again in the future.
