Perfect for short and long stay in beautiful Sooke. Close to city center and several beaches.
You can enjoy the outdoor backyard whether it's sunny or rainy thanks to the covered patio.
Then you can rest in one of the bedrooms, one spacious one with a king size bed and another with a queen size bed.
Dogs are also welcome, so don't hesitate to bring the whole family.

Wasn’t very impressed, AD for the listing didn’t fully explain that tenants can be upstairs, as we heard lots of stomping upstairs. The owner also charged us a fee for a broken shower head which we did not use at all.

I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. The ad mentions this is a lower suite, which implies there is someone living above. Regarding the shower head, it got broken during your stay, as it wasn't broken after you left. I only charged the cost of the shower head ($26), I didn't include the time spent to go buy it and install it. I feel it's a fair cost. Again sorry about your experience.
