The location is in the neighborhood of Dunbar in Vancouver. It is a nice and safe neighborhood. The street is not too busy. It is 15 minute walk to a forest trail and 30 minute walk to Fraser river trail. There are multiple parks in the area, some with tennis and basketball facilities. Grocery store and bus stop are within 5 to 10 minute walking distance.
