WATER SAFETY
The property is located on the Noosa Canal, the outside balcony is fully fenced and gated. The pool area is also fully fenced with a gate separating the pool and balcony space.

BOAT ACCESS
The Noosa Canal has private lock access, please check boat size specifications before bringing your boat or arranging boat hire.

BOAT SIZE
The largest boat usable in the canal is 12m (39ft) long 3.6m (12ft) wide. There are also multiple bridges over the river and canal. The lowest has a 2.5m clearance at high tide.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have full access to the house, pool and outside areas as well as the private jetty. A storage room upstairs and a cupboard downstairs will be locked during your stay as well as a storage shed outside.
