About this property

Luxury penthouse with large roof terrace, beach location, sauna & fireplace!

On the 2nd floor is our loving 'Baltic kingdom of heaven called luxury penthouse apartment in Großenbrode. Large glass windows in the very spacious living and dining deRham view to the Baltic Sea, 80-100m away. One of the two roof terraces wunderschönenen also offers you the option of top views of the Baltic Sea to enjoy - whether during breakfast, in the midday sun or for dinner!

The kitchen is furnished with all modern technical appliances (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, coffee maker) today - for the short snack please feel free space at the bar element with its stylish bar stools. Directly in front of the window you will find the dining area with a dining table and a separate highchair.

As the day draws to a close, enjoy the last rays of the setting sun on the second, west-facing rooftop terrace. Relaxation and recreation can be found sufficient but of course also in the apartment. The recliner chairs in the living area is ideal for a short break in between or to relax with a good book. However, the decay can be a busy day on the chic and comfy leather couch with a glass of red wine and a DVD, BluRay or CD on the Pioneer. 5 FirstHome theater system can be ideal part of your next vacation Baltic Sea.

Our relaxation oasis located in the large bathroom around 10 square meters plus. 4qm around the large sauna. Who likes to sweat, this is the place. But even a glass of champagne in the whirlpool 'for 2' are always a good alternative ;-) We provide towels free of charge.

Of course, even the most beautiful vacation comes to an end. Two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, give you the necessary rest for trouble-free holiday dreams. Bed linen is of course also included here.

Moreover, even small children are always welcome to join us. Besides high chair and travel cot we all outlets equipped with child safety.

Tolle, saubere Wohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war klasse. Die Wohnung war sauber und groß und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer lief hervorragend. Ein Highlight war natürlich die Sauna. Großenbrode als Ort ist nicht sehr spannend, aber gut für Ausflüge geeignet.

Ferien in einer Traumwohnung

Die Wohnung ist super schön und wie auf der Homepage sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben den Kaminofen, die Whirlpoolwanne und Sauna sehr genossen. Dass die Wohnung mit einem Lift zu erreichen ist, hat das Objekt ebenso aufgewertet. Lediglich sollte die Hausverwaltung des Haus "Seestern" die Außenbeleuchtung so einstellen, dass man sich nach 23.00 Uhr nicht im stockfinstern vom Parkplatz zum Hauseingang vortasten muss. Ebenso ist der Türschließer an der Hauseingangstür viel zu schwer eingestellt. Kinder sind nicht in der Lage die Tür zu öffnen.

Wir haben leider nur 1 Woche in dem schön und praktisch eingerichtetem Appartement verbracht . Von der Buchung bis zur Anreise/Schlüsselübergabe und auch während unseres Aufenthalts war alles bestens . Gefreut haben wir uns auch darüber das , wie beschrieben , außer Bettwäsche und ausreichend Handtücher auch Kaminholz vorhanden war . Liebe Familie Witte , wir kommen bestimmt wieder .

In dieser sehr hochwertig und mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Wohnung durften wir einen entspannten Urlaub genießen. Selbst bei kaltem Wetter hat man, Dank Sauna, Whirlpool und Kamin die Möglichkeit, zu entspannen. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nach Fehmarn und Heiligenhafen bereichern den Urlaub. Von uns gibt es in allen Kategorien die volle Punktzahl. Großes Lob an die Vermieter und alle Beteiligten, die die Wohnung immer in Schuss halten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wohlfühlurlaub in Großenbrode..........

Kaum hatten wir die Wohnungstür aufgeschlossen fühlten wir uns wohl. Es wurde an jedes Detail gedacht, wirklich perfekt. Freundlicherweise hatte uns Herr Witte schönes Wetter bestellt, und so waren von 10 Urlaubstagen gerade einmal 2 1/2 etwas schlechter. Wir waren selten so erholt und werden definitiv das ein oder andere mal zurück kommen :-) Liebe Grüße aus Ostwestfalen Fam. Ströhlein
