Welcome to Chalet Trois at Woodman Estate, a peaceful and beautifully appointed retreat overlooking a private lake, surrounded by acres of manicured gardens and rolling pastures. Perfect for couples or small families, this tranquil escape invites you to slow down, unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of estate living.
Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, the chalet features a plush king bed with premium linens, along with the option of a high-quality single fold-out bed for a third guest. Large windows and the outdoor deck take full advantage of the serene lake views, creating the perfect setting for morning coffee or quiet afternoons.
The kitchenette is ideal for light meals and easy mornings, equipped with a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, bar fridge and kettle (please note there are no stovetop or oven facilities). The chalet also includes Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and reverse-cycle heating and cooling to ensure year-round comfort.
Important note regarding the Wifi: There is currently limited WiFi coverage at Woodman Estate, and signal strength may vary depending on your mobile provider. We encourage you to take this opportunity to switch off and enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings.

Guests have access to dedicated parking for two cars, conveniently located near the chalet.

While the chalet itself is private, Woodman Estate is a shared property. Guests are welcome to enjoy the expansive grounds, including the lake, gardens, walking paths and tennis court (please bring your own rackets and balls). We kindly ask all guests to respect the peaceful and quiet nature of the estate.
Perfectly positioned on the Mornington Peninsula, you’re just a short drive to Mt Martha Beach, Mornington’s vibrant shopping and dining precinct, and an array of local wineries and cellar doors. Whether you’re here for a relaxing escape or to explore the region, Chalet Trois offers a truly serene base.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
