The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, plates, utensils, cups, glasses, spices, dishwasher pods and dish soap. The bathroom - it is complete with hand soap, shower towels, hand towels etc.

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
No additional visitors without approval (please note any additional guests that aren’t included in the reservation will be charged a guest fee of $50/guest)

🔒 Safety & Property Information
Security Cameras
For the safety of our guests and the property, there are two exterior security cameras on-site:
One located on the outside of the garage pointing to the driveway (garage is not accessible to guests)
One located on the exterior deck facing the front entrance
The camera is outward-facing and monitor exterior areas only.
There are no cameras inside the living spaces.
