Welcome to our modern four seasons waterfront cottage on beautiful Bay Lake in Ontario. Featuring a private dock with kayaks, canoes, pedal boat and a boat launching ramp on the lake. Just 20 minutes north of Huntsville and Arrowhead Provincial Park.

We had a phenomenal time at Gail and Roy’s lakeside retreat. From day 1, Gail was extremely responsive and helped ensure we had everything we needed for a great stay. When we arrived, we were thrilled to find a comfortable, cozy and clean space that made us feel right at home. We had a wonderful time lounging on the dock and made excellent use of the Muskoka chairs, large umbrella, pedal boat and kayaks. With our busy schedules, we planned to work remotely for a few days and then enjoy a vacation. The wifi was fast and reliable and allowed me to take video calls without issue. The hot tub, fire pit and grill were spotless and felt like we were the only people who had used them. We’re already looking forward to returning in the future!

We had a fantastic stay! The cottage was right on the lake. Fabulous view and access to water. The cottage itself was extremely comfortable. Lots of great sitting room and fully air conditioned. The cottage had big bay windows which gives a wonderful lake view. The hosts were very welcoming. They were very attentive. They had prepared the fireplace ahead of time. They also had a lot of helpful notes around the house to ensure we could access what we needed. I would definitely stay again.

This property was in a perfect location for our needs. The lake is clean and very peaceful. Roy and Gail had everything we needed and would have expected. The cottage was very clean and orderly and the instructions were all clearly presented. There were plenty of towels and basic supplies that we would need for our stay. Communication was always very prompt, mind you we didn't need to contact them for anything major. The internet service was excellent for our Teams calls. We are already discussing another retreat to this property. Everyone had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

This cottage was absolutely wonderful! It looks exactly like the pictures and has everything you could need and more. The kayaks, canoes, and pedal boat were in excellent condition and were great to use around the lake. They have plenty of paddles and life jackets available so you don’t have to bring your own. The deck and dock had lots of seating and the view was fantastic from Sun-up to Sun-down. There was an outdoor fire pit that we didn’t end up using, but was well stocked with kindling, wood and a lighter. We were just too tired at night from all the fun outdoor activities to stay up too late. The beds were very comfortable, as were the couches in the living room. The air conditioning worked very well and we never felt too hot. Gail made sure our check-in was easy and had great communication whenever we needed throughout the stay. I can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely wonderfull break away that exceeded all our expectations! Warm and friendly communication from the start and throughout, clear and easy check in process.Cottage have everything you need, from cozy and fluffy towels and crisp clean linen to any foodies dream kitchen - full matching dinner set and cutlery, with stainless steel pots and pans even a crockpot! Little details that makes your stay extraordinary!The well looked after canoes and pedal boat, together with the maintained hot tub provided hours of family fun on the lake, while enjoying the nature and all the animal life.This cottage is a little jewel providing a break away from the rat race in clean, well maintained and private environment and highly recommended by us!

True tranquility

We had an incredible stay at Tranquil bay lake. The Hosts provided great communication both before and during our stay. The cottage is a perfect size for a family of 4, with extra room for another couple or grandparents. It is surrounded by trees therefore provides lots of privacy from neighbouring cottages. The cottage was spotless and very well equipped. The kitchen had all the items one could need for a week stay. Kids (aged 5&7) had a great time jumping off the dock and playing in the small shallow space by the waters edge, hunting for snails and minnows. We went on some lovely canoe and kayak rides around the lake and small islands. Spotted lots of wildlife, birds and fish. Overall we had an incredible time and would not hesitate to return!

One of the best places we have ever been

Since we did our reservation the owners got in touch with us and everything has been so great!!! They have been very comprehensive with all our questions and everything has been perfect!! The cottage was very well equipped, nothing was missing on the kitchen and the place is perfect!! We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children (9 & 6 years old), and also an old couple that had own a cottage on their own for more than 30 years, so they knew what was going on the cottage country, and everything was just perfect! The cottage was so clean and with many instructions on the things you could have doubts. Also the owners have been in touch at all the time if we had any doubt or problem. We recommend this place 100%!!!!
