The living area is super cozy and there are so many details, such as games, cards, books, a work table, a comfy couch, a large HD TV and a gorgeous wallpaper of Sydney bringing to you the city atmosphere. We also provide a sofa bed accommodating comfort extra 2 people.

The bedroom offers a queen bed with a 5-star quality mattress from Sealy and a huge space for storage.

The huge bathroom provides a European laundry with washing and dryer machines.

This apartment is decorated with Australian: wallpaper, art, books, and games to make you really feel Sydney and Australia.

There are all kitchen appliances required, making for a relaxed, and practical stay.

This apartment provides both vacationers and business visitors with the perfect alternative to a hotel, better than you will feel like you are at HOME. ✔ Walks / Views

For a great free viewing of the harbour, we recommend you walk down William St and turn right at College St then Check out St Mary’s Cathedral before making a right onto Art Gallery Rd. Walk right down to the end of Art Gallery Rd and you will arrive at Mrs Macquarie’s chair.
From that lookout, you will have the best view of our wonderful harbour. Take some food and drinks and simply soak up the views.

You are located behind the main street of Darlinghurst which is Crown St which is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, clothes stores, and much more.

There is a coffee shop downstairs to your left called Stop Valve Expresso and Bar that offers great breakfast and wonderful coffee to go or have.
Turn to your right and the Lankan Filling Station is offering amazing Sri Lankan food till late most evenings. Tea, beer on tap and great wine are available as well.
Also, on your right is the Red Lantern restaurant (ask for Adam and say you are in the AirBnB next door and he will look after you).

Turn left and on the corner is a great pub called the Lord Roberts Hotel with a rooftop bar/restaurant. Around the corner on Stanley St is a lovely village atmosphere which includes Brick Lane Twisted Indian, Wood and Smoke bar, the Black Squid Thai cuisine, The Long Goodbye dumplings and beer, The Arch Cafe, Bill and Toms Italian and Sushi on Stanley and Roy Siam Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. More upmarket we would suggest Bepis Italian.

A short Uber ride will take you to Chin Chin on Commonwealth St Surry Hills another brilliant restaurant if you are looking for atmosphere and great Asian food.
We have attended their regular Crab and Cray nights where you receive a 5-course degustation and it is amazing.

This apartment is in a tranquil residential building. This is not the place for you if you`re planning to party or invite late-night groups of people to the property—quiet times from 10 pm to 8 am Monday to Sunday.

From the apartment, you can walk to most places around the city.

There is a Wilson car park next door that offers very cheap rates for the weekend.

Buses run every 10 minutes from William St through the city to Circular Quay.
The bus stop - It`s a short walk (1- minute or 50m).

The museum train station is a 7-minute walk.

Uber OLA or Didi - always around and much cheaper than normal taxis. Get the app.

This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON`T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.

There are everything that you need to get started as a base while getting established here for work, study, or holidays.

Guests can smoke outside on the balcony.

The building is a quiet, residential, apartment block and guests are required to refrain from making noise after 10 pm.

✅ CANCELLATIONS AND DATE CHANGES

• Please only book when you are sure of your dates as we do not offer any flexibility with date changes for any reason. Booking is at your own risk should there be any travel restrictions or other events (both personal and public) that may affect your stay dates.
• Please note that the host will not be responsible for refunding any money due to unfortunate events that affect the number of nights you stay under any circumstances.
•You are advised to take out adequate travel insurance to cover any unfortunate events on your trip.

• Your belongings are not covered by insurance if damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed.

• No parties or events. We`re very serious about this. There are families and elderly neighbours and if there is excessive noise, police are called and it becomes a whole expensive ordeal for the party host so please don`t book this place if you want to have a party. Party in the bars and come home quietly.

• It is Australian law that whenever a fire inspection is on, we must allow the inspectors access. This happens twice a year in the morning on a random weekday. All guests must accept this as a possibility.
