Good communication Great house Take images of the entire property to have on hold for your departure as they will take the security deposit without due process and or response. There are multiple maintainence issues that will be put on accountability to you as the renter. Had to go through the “stayz” personally to rectify the deposit withdrawal as they had made allegations of damages. When we replied that we had the time stamped dated entry images they ceased communications with us without resolution to the alleged damages to their property.
