From the other guest who stayed with us"Pros: nice hot tub, nice cedar inside and the art was nice too. Great privacy as far as no neighbors visible or close by. Ping pong table is a cool amenity, and the chess board too. Everyone loved the drift wood lamp in the living room. The high ceilings and the deer rack chandelier were nice. TV is large. Kitchen has lots of spices as well stocked with cooking and implements and dishes. Overall spacious and comfortable. There are some brand new crab pots by the woodshed, which is nice to have. The grill is large and there is cafe lights above and by the hot tub. Cons: firewood was not stocked to the levels specified in the house manual to avoid be charged extra. The house manual has the incorrect check out time of 12:00 pm which caused some confusion and stress, and is a simple fix. The actual check out time is 10:00 am which is a little early for being on vacation (on a Sunday). 11:00 and seems reasonable for the price. The first floor bathroom does not have a toilet paper holder. Warning the unimproved road is probably not advised for a sedan but SUV is ok. There’s a secret little kid area upstairs like a playroom, but there’s no instructions on how to turn on the light in there. One addition that would be nice is an outdoor shower to rinse off after going in the ocean, like wetsuit/swim suits. The grill could use some cleaning. I [think] the host fee was over 500 in addition to the service fee and taxes."
