Indoors, wood-plank vaulted ceilings in the second-floor great room open the space for gathering around the pellet stove, choosing from the assortment of games, watching TV, enjoying the sea view, and kicking back with your guests. A large dining table along the high cathedral-ceiling windows feels as open and sunny as eating outdoors. Cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen with extra seating; it adjoins a second sitting area with a cozy sofa. Beautiful house in a great location. Had some communication issue when it came to checking in early (for a 50 fee). Propane was empty on arrival but host was able to replace the following day.Over all had a great time and would stay again. Awesome house perfect for a big family

Amazing short visit

Great location amazing if you have a boat and need a place to park safely well lit secure, clean comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to add a hot tub.

Good friends enjoying placement of house and spending time with one another. Actual house was not as nice as pictured on computer. Weather was bad and a vent fell onto a bed dousing the sleeper. Wouldn't rent it again.

Overall, the stay was good. The house comfortably housed our party of 8, and the location was convenient to walk to the beach. Unfortunately, our check-in was delayed by an hour and a half (originally 4:00, changed to 5:30), “due to unforeseen circumstances” and was disclosed by the property management company less than 2 before our check in time. This did cause some problems for members of the party who arrived on time and/or were out of cell service at the time of the message. It was also unfortunate that the check in time was already later in the afternoon, but a 5:30 check in really made it feel like we didn’t get our money’s worth for the first night of our stay. Besides that, we were thankful the property management company complied with our request for a late check out (11am vs 10 am) as there was an issue with a screw in the tire of one of the vehicles.

Disappointing vacay rental

Had to contact host for check in info and was told it was sent, i did not have an email or text I could find with any info. They finally sent it through a text. First day no instructions on stove, laundry, stair lift or check out instructions left in rental. We tried to use the fire table, but no propane. The table had broken parts and burnt decking that it sat on, which we also reported. The said they would send a replacement rank the next day. Ok, great, we would grill the next day. Second day, went to beach, then to town and when we came back old tank still on deck. No note, call or text so i guess we aren't grilling. Third day, packing up and my daughter noticed new tank under BBQ grill cover. Overall its a nice clean place until we go to bed, look up and see cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and light fixtures, and not just a few. Also multiple dead flies in the light fixtures. I will not rent this property again or recommend it.
