Bonjour, nous sommes désolés pour ces désagréments. En ce qui concerne l'hygiène: l'appartement a été nettoyé entièrement avant votre passage.
Pour la télévision, effectivement il y a eu un souci. Nous avons un abonnement à l'année chez Belgacom. Nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas être responsables de soucis de technologie. Valérie est passée vous voir et a tenté de résoudre le problème. Malheureusement, cela n'a pas fonctionné. Le lendemain, elle était opérationnelle. Désolée, mais nous n'aurions pu faire plus.
En ce qui concerne les draps et serviettes, ce n'était pas compris dans la location. Comme dans beaucoup de locations de ce type. Nous venons de l'indiquer clairement sur le site afin que cela n'arrive plus.
Quant à la literie, elle est changée plus que régulièrement. Nous sommes en début de saison. Tout est nickel. Cela vient d'être fait. Les matelas sont neufs, propres. Les alèses changées entre chaque location. Avez-vous pu remarquer que l'endroit est beau, agréable, que la plaine de jeux est neuve? Bref...
