Through the lower yard, French glass doors open into the flat via the sunroom, with garden, mountain and forest views.

Step down into the main living area - a bright open concept living/dining/kitchen/nook. Elegant, deep sea blue and copper concrete flooring, with radiant heat in the winter, and cooling effect (air conditioning) in summer.

Full Kitchen: 4 burner induction stove, inverter style microwave, large toaster oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer - and the basics for meal prep. High top stainless steel and glass table and chairs; and Mikasa Kyler bone china place settings for four.

Relax on the sofa/daybed, in the open concept kitchen, on the cozy window bench or armchairs, in the sunroom or on the settee by the window; or use the dedicated, quiet office nook in the bedroom for no distractions.
