The living and lounge area flows seamlessly from the fully equipped kitchen to decks that frame the view. There is a timeless sense of summer. You are welcome to choose between the sun-drenched Queen suite or the King suite—which includes an additional day bed—both offering breathtaking vistas.

When you choose to venture out, Palm Beach is a mere 1.5 kms or a 15 mins walk downhill. You could hire a SUP by the store and enjoy easy access to the beautiful waters of the bay, then feast at the fabulous Arcadia restaurant. A 10-minute walk will take you to Palm Beach Resort where you can indulge in the pool, bar and restaurant. For more action, at Ostend, you’ll find the Farmers Market on Saturdays, the local supermarket, takeaways, coffee shops and a liquor outlet. Vineyards, cafes and restaurants are just a short drive away from this most central of locations. Māwhitipana Ridge Estate, just next door, offers wine tastings of its premium Syrah and Marsanne wines.

A 20-minute walk to Ostend where you will find the supermarket, farmers` market, shops, cafes and liquor store.

Only 10-minute drive to the passenger ferry located at Matiatia and approximately 8-minute drive to the car ferry at Kennedy Point.
