Ferncliff Gardens offers a private studio apartment with a comfy queen size bed, lovely 3 piece bathroom and secluded courtyard with al fresco dining and BBQ; Our living area is lovingly furnished with antiques and is equipped with air conditioning, gas fireplace, tv, Wi-Fi with streaming and a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area. A firepit and garden sitting area overlooks Lake Erie with stunning sunset views and panoramic star gazing. A blue flag beach is a short 8 minute walk or 3 minute drive away.

We had a lovely stay. The property was very nice, comfortable and wonderfully quiet, the perfect spot to relax. The view was beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was peaceful and pleasant and we would happily stay here again

This was my second stay at this location and the property is lovely. The only downside was; the evening of our arrival, the host messaged us to let us know the cable guy would be there between 9-12 the next morning. Check out is 11am. We are on vacation to rid ourselves of mundane daily acti

This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the peaceful sound of the waves. The home offers a beautiful bird’s-eye view of the beach and lake, making it the perfect spot to sit in the sun and read a book. In the evening, we were treated to two spectacular light shows—fireworks on the beach and countless fireflies glowing in the nearby brush. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Our neighbourhood is an eclectic mix of Lake Erie cottages and stately homes. Sitting on water's edge, we are privileged to have 180 degree lake views and in a quiet, quaint setting. A short walk down the road to the village centre, you will find interesting shops and a variety of restaurants - many featuring Lake Erie perch and pickerel.
