Living space
The living area is warm and inviting, filled with nostalgic coastal décor that gives the space real character without sacrificing comfort. Air conditioning and heating keep things just right year-round, while cable TV offers a laid-back option for winding down after a full day out. Slide open the doors and step onto your patio, where the salt air and the sound of nearby surf turn any quiet moment into something worth savoring.

Sleeping arrangements
One bedroom with a queen bed provides a restful night's sleep after long days at the beach. Fresh towels, bed sheets, and essentials are provided so you can arrive light and settle in straight away.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at your own pace - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete set of dishes and cookware. Pull up a chair at the dining table for a slow breakfast or a relaxed dinner in before heading back to the water.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water - everything you need to refresh after time at the beach.

Work & laundry
A dedicated workspace keeps you productive if the trip calls for it. The in-unit washer and dryer handle sandy beach clothes so you're always ready for another day out.

Location
The Flip Flop sits within the Sawgrass Beach Club community in Ponte Vedra Beach, positioned between Jacksonville Beach and historic St. Augustine. Direct beach access puts the Atlantic just steps from your door, and lake access is available within the community as well. The community pool offers another great way to spend your afternoons, and free parking on premises means one less thing to think about. The surrounding area carries a quiet residential feel while keeping you within easy reach of coastal dining, cultural landmarks, and the natural scenery the northeast Florida coastline is known for.

Beach access and the community pool are private amenities available exclusively to Sawgrass Beach Club guests. Please note there is no parking at the beach access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
