The apartment includes two spacious bedrooms with king beds (convertible to singles), block‑out blinds, ceiling fans, and built‑in robes. With ATAP Accreditation (assisted walking), it also includes several accessibility‑friendly features such as a free accessible parking bay, ramp access, and is step‑free throughout.
The large, accessible bathroom features a walk‑in shower, generous bathtub, and a washing machine and dryer for guest convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home‑style cooking, along with a coffee pod machine, dishwasher, gas stovetop, oven, and microwave.
The light‑filled living area offers a comfortable lounge, Smart TV, dining setting for four, reverse‑cycle air conditioning, and free Wi‑Fi.
A sliding door opens to a north‑facing patio—perfect for a morning coffee or a sunset drink.
A portacot and highchair are available on request (at an extra cost).

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The cleaners will arrive shortly after checkout time (10 AM). Please give the place a general tidy and take out your rubbish to the bins outside (general rubbish red bin & recyclable yellow bin).
Please lock all doors, close all windows and replace the key back in the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
