Villa 14 is our lagoon-side escape — a place to slow down, breathe a little deeper, and settle into the natural rhythm of South Shores.

Set right on the water, this villa is all about the outlook and the atmosphere. You’ll hear the gentle sound of the fountain, birds calling throughout the day, and that quiet calm that comes from being surrounded by nature.

Designed with living upstairs and bedrooms below, Villa 14 makes the most of its elevated position and sweeping outlook.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area flows effortlessly out through bifold doors to the balcony deck. This is the heart of the home - a place for long lunches, relaxed BBQ dinners, and evenings spent watching the light shift across the water while birdlife moves through the lagoon.

Downstairs, the bedrooms offer a cooler, quieter retreat. The master suite opens directly onto a private deck overlooking the lagoon and pool - a perfect spot for slow mornings with coffee and uninterrupted views. It also features a walk-in ensuite for added comfort.

Bedrooms two and three are generously sized and share a central bathroom, making the layout ideal for families or groups wanting both connection and space.

Basic kitchen amenities are provided, as well as bathroom products. Our local Foodland is a 2min drive away and has everything you`ll need!

~ Quiet time is between 9pm and 9am, no loud music or voices at any times. Please respect our wonderful neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after sunset to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

~ Please follow all community rules within the village, pool rules, car directions and speed restrictions.

~ No pets allowed.

~ This home is smoke free, no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.
