~~ The Home ~~
An architecturally striking home that`s as comfortable as it is impressive. Step inside and you`re greeted by a striking glass and garden feature, before opening into the naturally lit open plan living, dining and kitchen area with an additional seating nook by the wood burning fireplace. Natural light pours in through the large windows, all beneath a soaring vaulted ceiling clad in warm plywood and black steel beams. It`s a beautiful space to be in, whether you`re cooking up a big group dinner or just lounging around with a wine.
The kitchen is well set up for a group, with a large island and bar seating, premium stainless appliances including a chef`s range, and a Nespresso machine for the morning coffee crowd. The main living room features a large TV for movie nights, and down the hall you`ll find a separate media room — perfect for the kids to claim as their own space while the adults unwind elsewhere.
~~ Bedrooms & Bathrooms ~~
Sleeps 8 across three bedrooms. Two beautifully styled bedrooms with mountain views, one with its own ensuite. The third room has two sets of bunks, perfect for the kids or a group of mates. The main bathroom is well appointed with a bath perfect for a long soak after a day on the slopes.
~~ Outside ~~
The covered deck is a real highlight, spacious, sheltered, and connected to the living area through sliding doors so inside and outside feel like one. A long outdoor dining table and hanging egg chair make it a great spot for an evening meal or a lazy afternoon outside.
~~ Location ~~
Located in the new Northlake subdivision, this home is surrounded by modern alpine homes and growing community amenities. As Northlake continues to develop, there may be some nearby construction activity during your stay. Please note that all construction within the subdivision must comply with local noise regulations and is permitted only during standard working hours.
You`re just a short drive from everything Wanaka has to offer: ~ 10 min drive to Wanaka township, lake, cafés & restaurants ~ 45 min drive to Cardrona Alpine Resort ~ 48 min drive to Treble Cone ~ 1 hr 12 min drive to Queenstown Airport

Guests have access to the whole house. Note the garage is not available.
A code for the keypad is provided, and full access details will be sent 24 hours before check-in for a smooth, stress-free arrival. I respect my guests` privacy but am always on hand for any questions, and may occasionally pop by to make sure everyone is having a great stay.
