Architecturally designed and strategically placed in an enviable elevated location to maximize the stunning vistas of Lake Wanaka and the Southern Alps, this accommodation effortlessly combines luxury with convenience. Within easy walking distance to Wanaka's amenities, this contemporary residence ensures a lavish experience without compromise.

Upon entering the upper level, you'll be greeted by a seamlessly designed kitchen and an open lounge featuring a large smart TV and an inviting gas fire. This space opens up to a fabulous outdoor deck, providing a picturesque backdrop of the lake and mountains. Tucked away behind the lounge, a stunning powder room adds to the convenience. Moving to the lower level through the entrance, you'll discover three contemporarily styled bedrooms that open up to the garden. The shared bathroom boasts a deluxe bathtub, offering a perfect retreat after a day on the slopes or the lake. The master bedroom, situated strategically for optimal indoor-outdoor flow, features ranch sliders on both sides, a spacious ensuite, and a walk-in wardrobe.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

The Neighborhood:
The property is just a short walk to the lovely Bremner Bay, sports fields, Wanaka township and cafés. Excellent mountain biking trails including Sticky Forest are all within riding distance.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
