In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 6, the maximum allowed occupancy is 14, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 24 ft by 10 ft. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.
