The other bedroom features two sets of bunk beds (offering 4 twin beds), two cozy chairs for reading or watching the wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with shower/tub combination.

The home’s private pool overlooks the marsh and is approximately 37ft x 13ft. The deck offers lounge chairs, a table with seating for 6, and a gas grill. The screened porch features a floating sofa and 2 comfortable chairs. Additionally, an area of the lower level has been converted to a game room enclosed by decorative curtains and contains two comfortable chairs, rugs, and several game tables. There is a combination ping pong/air hockey table, a foosball table, and magnetic darts among other games.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
