Property was very clean and decorated so lovely! Property was also in a safe neighborhood and confidently located close to major highways and a mini food truck park with delicious food/coffee/matcha. Host was very responsive and would respond within 15-30 mins to any questions/concerns. My family enjoyed the Texas cowboy pool, BBQ grill and 2 living rooms for the 4th of July holiday. Only major complaint was restrictions on the A/C unit. Upon arrival, the A/C was set at 76 degrees and took almost 12 hours to drop to 71 degrees. We also could only lower the thermostat by 5 degree intervals at a time. Make sure to bring a box fan or request some from host. Ceiling fans are not installed in the rooms. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!
