As you enter the home, you are welcomed into the front living area, offering comfortable seating and a television, making it the ideal place to unwind with your favourite movies or catch up on live sporting events. The master bedroom is conveniently located off this space and features built-in wardrobes and a private ensuite.

Continuing through the home, you'll discover the open-plan kitchen, dining, and second living area, all positioned to take full advantage of the stunning water views. The well-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for during your stay, along with a coffee machine to help start your mornings right. The second lounge room offers another television with a DVD player, allowing guests to relax and enjoy a movie while overlooking the peaceful waterways.

The second and third bedrooms are located along the hallway adjoining the kitchen area, each featuring built-in wardrobes for your convenience. Also located here are the main bathroom and laundry. The main bathroom includes a large bathtub, perfect for young children or a relaxing soak after a day exploring the South Coast.

Step outside from the second living area onto the covered patio, where you can enjoy outdoor dining, morning coffees, or evening drinks while taking in the waterfront scenery. The outdoor space has been designed for relaxation, featuring comfortable sun loungers and a hammock overlooking the grassed backyard.

The backyard leads directly to your own private jetty, offering endless opportunities for waterfront fun. Spend your days swimming, fishing, mooring your boat, or simply relaxing on the chairs while watching the water drift by. A convenient cleaning sink is available for preparing your fresh catch after a successful day on the water. Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
