Beautiful two bedroom home
With full amenities
The kitchen is fully fully equipped and is all yours to use

I built this house, myself in 2015 and rented occasionally in the summer and holiday months

You can walk to three restaurants and a grocery store

2 minute drive to the Nordic spa and the village of Chelsea or a 15 minute walk on the walking path

Two minute walk from the bike path that goes to Wakefield

Pets are allowed.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
It is essential that the temperature is set back to 20° and all the windows are closed I’ve had issues with this in the past where people leave the windows open
I will charge $50 per day if the guest leave with the window open or the heat too high or the air conditioner too low it must be set to 20°
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please respect my home like it is your own, I leave everything to your disposal so that you can feel right at home.
Please, I’m sure that you do not have the windows open when you were heating or cooling. Please turn off the heat pump units before you leave
There is a fee of $50 per day if the AC or heat is left on after you leave. Please ensure all windows are closed when you leave.

It’s a beautiful home right in the middle of Chelsea. The wraparound balcony is wonderful. The kitchen is fully equipped and well organized. I felt right at home.

Why they chose this property

Quite neighbourhood on the 105. Passing cars go pretty slow as it is a 50 Zone and a school zone right before my place.
