Our bright and comfortable Bobcaygeon cottage — a relaxing space designed for enjoying everything the Kawarthas have to offer. Sitting one street back from Pigeon Lake, our cottage offers a great mix of indoor comfort and outdoor living, with lake views from the living room.

The cottage features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. Both bedrooms include queen beds, with additional sleeping space available on the living room couch.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart thermostat, in-home laundry, and complimentary bathroom essentials including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Outside, guests can enjoy the back patio, propane BBQ, and seasonal fire pit (when permitted), along with nearby lake access featuring a small sandy beach and picnic area — great for swimming, paddling, or fishing from shore. Pigeon Lake offers excellent walleye, muskie, bass, northern pike, crappie, and perch fishing year-round.

Whether you're visiting for a quiet lake escape, a fishing weekend, ATV and snowmobile trail access, or exploring downtown Bobcaygeon's historic Lock 32, Bolton Street shops, restaurants, and marinas (a 12-minute drive), we hope you'll feel right at home during your stay. Golf courses are within a 20–30 minute drive.

Pets

Pets are welcome with prior approval. A $50 pet cleaning fee applies per stay.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay, including all indoor living spaces, kitchen, laundry, back patio, and BBQ area. The home includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is designed for a comfortable and private stay.

Guests may also enjoy nearby lake access, which includes a small sandy beach, picnic benches, and a boat launch. A fire pit may be available depending on local fire conditions and fire bans.

Please note that the driveway is shared — guests have access to the designated parking spaces on our side only. Our home, backyard, and property are completely private and not connected to neighbouring residences.
