Where to start with this one. The host, Chris and Laura, were amazing and easily the best host with the best communication I have ever experienced. The house and property was as described. It was clean and stocked beyond necessary. There were two coffee makers and coffee, the bathroom had items like tooth brushes, tooth paste, razors and personal items. The kitchen lacked nothing. Not only plenty of utensils, but plenty of pot, pans, dishes and things like plastic wrap, parchment paper and aluminum foil. Although located just inside a nice neighborhood, there were 2 nice restaurants just a short walk from the house. The next door neighbor came out on our arrival and noticed we had 2 truck and boats and offered to move his truck from parking on the street to his driveway to give us more space. The bedrooms were beautiful, with comfortable new mattresses and nice, clean and comfortable bedding.I'm sure I am forgetting something because I was so impressed with everything.Do yourself a favor and book this little gem while it's available, because it is newly on the rental market and I assume will book fast when word gets out.

Great property. I highly recommend. Clean and comfortable. A buddy and I used the property for a Lake St Clair fishing trip. Good boat parking and outlet out back to charge batteries. I will use again.In addition I had an incident while fishing that had nothing to do with the property, and the owner was very accommodating.
