Please Note

This suite is located in the basement of our owner-occupied family home. While we observe quiet hours and strive to provide a peaceful stay, guests may occasionally hear normal household activity during daytime hours.

Our family also has cats living in the main residence. The suite has its own separate furnace and ventilation system, but guests with severe cat allergies should consider this before booking.

This is a non smoking unit. There will be a $250 cleaning charge if guests smoke in the unit.

We kindly ask guests to respect the suite and its contents. If using the game table, please return all game pieces and accessories to their designated storage areas after use so future guests can enjoy them as well.
