"Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some have unwittingly entertained angels."

PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY TO END!

Our 2 bedroom/2 bath with two-bed loft sleeps seven! This secluded rustic cabin is adjacent to endless acreage of pristine National Forest Land and is a few minutes walk to the Toccoa River and Aska Adventure Area. We've made sure that your stay with us is comfortable, relaxing, and unique for your family.

Weeks Cabin is located off of Forest Service Rd. 35 (graveled road) in Fannin County in the Weeks Mountain area in Blue Ridge. Four-wheel drive is recommended and we do not recommend minivans try to come up the mountain. AT&T and Verizon cell service works best up here.

The master suite has an ensuite bathroom, king-size bed, reading chairs, and gorgeous SW views of Rich Mountain. The view is spectacular rain or shine and can be enjoyed as well from the multi-level deck.

The second bedroom sleeps 3 with a single over queen bunk bed and has its own deck for nature viewing. The cabin additionally sleeps two in a cozy loft accessible by ladder. For the safety of all our guests, we request only individuals 12 and over access and sleep in the loft.

Weeks Cabin is appointed with a surround sound system for listening to your favorite music via blue tooth or watching movies. Other amenities include Dish TV, a wood-burning stove, a well-appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, and an outdoor fire pit.

Right outside your door, Forest Rd. 35 and endless acres of pristine Appalachian Forest for hiking or mountain biking.

1 mile drive or walk down the mountain--Sandy Bottom, a popular put-in for rafting, tubing, and kayaking. Spots between Sandy Bottom to Shallowford Bridge are fishing favorites!

Near Benton Mackaye Trail (hop on the trail at the Junction of Shallowford Bridge at Old Dial Rd.) You can walk the trail up Weeks Mountain and drop back down to the cabin.

3.5 miles to Shallowford Bridge area (an easy bike ride on a pressed gravel road) where you will find tube rentals, gem mining, and the Iron Bridge General Store and Cafe.

4 miles to the only restaurant in the area, the Toccoa Riverside Restaurant offers great river views and seating riverside.

Cabin and Views
The property was amazing and cabin details were exactly as described. Felt secluded enough to get the cabin/mountain feeling but close enough to get to food and public areas. Cabin was in great condition, clean, and cozy. As described I would recommended a 4x4 or truck because of the incline but we made it up in a ford edge with no problems. Thank you to the host for great communication, we felt right at home. Highly recommend and look forward to future stays.

Fantastic!
We absolutely loved this place. We were looking for a place outside of Atlanta to stay for Christmas and I am so glad that we found this. It was exactly what we were looking for! Very remote and private. We loved the mountain decor, the fire pit and the amazing views. The owner was very friendly and responsive when we had trouble finding the place. You can tell that they care about the property and upkeep the house and land appropriately. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends.

Fabulous secluded cabin!
The cabin was very clean and decorated perfectly! It was really lovely, and spacious. It was very secluded and IN THE WOODS! A truck or 4 wheel drive is a must in my mind - my Honda Accord would not have made it haha! We enjoyed the outside fire pit as well as the inside stove. The Toccoma River views were beautiful! Looking forward to bringing our grown kids and some grand babies next time!
