Spacious clean property, was a bit warm but fans were provided. Could use more pillows but just a matter of opinion. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Host was fantastic. Quick communication, made sure to check in with us during our stay. Would stay again. And definitely recommend the host :)

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The host cancelled our reservation around 11am that day. I did not receive any notification from Expedia, VBRBO, or the host while driving to Edmonton from Calgary. We arrived at the old bungalow house (no pictures of the exterior of the house itself posted, no wonder) around 6pm, and saw the driveway with 2 or 3 cars parked in it, That's when I checked my booking for the entry code to the house and saw it was cancelled a few hours earlier. We came to attend the Foo Fighters Concert at Commonwealth Stadium. So here we are, 6pm, concert started, and no booking. Plus food brought along to be cooked for a late dinner. Fortunately, I found a room at the Sandman Hotel downtown. The stress was incredible. Having purchased these tickets for the family a year ago. Since that time I had knee surgery in June, my wife is missing the concert due to a broken femur and surgery, while one of my two daughters flew in from Kelowna to attend the concert. The last thing we needed was a cancelled booking 5 hours before check in, with just over 3 hours of that time spent on the highway. This host should be suspended or cancelled. And in no way should the booking policy allow same day cancellation of a booking by the host. I suspect they realized they could increase the pricing substantially on the same day as the concert due to the number of people travelling to Edmonton. I will be seeking compensation. Don't trust this host or the old house, looks about 60 years old. Is it up to building code?
